It would be more accurate to ask if the fragrances contain any harmful ingredients rather than simply asking about the use of chemicals. In this context, the answer is no.

 

The fragrances are created in accordance with the regulations set by the best Regulatory Department in Italy and comply with the standards set by the International Fragrance Association (IFRA). Additionally, the ingredients used in the fragrances have been carefully selected to ensure they do not pose any negative health effects.

When discussing fragrance oil, it’s important to note that it is a blend of various ingredients, both natural and synthetic.

However, it is important to understand that the term “natural” doesn’t necessarily guarantee safety, just as “synthetic” doesn’t automatically imply something harmful.

 

In fact, natural ingredients often contain more allergens compared to their synthetic counterparts.

Synthetics are used in fragrance oils for a few reasons: to replicate natural ingredients that may be prohibited, such as Musk, Civet, Castoreum, and Ambergris, as well as to make the raw materials more cost-effective.

We utilize a technology known as the Cold and Dry diffusion system, which ensures that the fragrance diffuses in a dry state.

 

This dry diffusion allows the fragrance to float and travel throughout the room, preventing it from settling in one place and accumulating.

While the fragrance itself won’t stain walls, carpets, or floors, it is important to note that the fragrance is oil-based.

If the fragrance is accidentally dropped on a surface, it should be cleaned in the same manner as any other oil-based substance would be.

We do not recommend using any fragrance that is not specifically made to work with our diffuser.

 

Doing so could void the warranty and potentially cause damage to the diffuser.

Our diffuser is designed to be calibrated for the volatility of the fragrance that is intended to be used with it.

 

Therefore, it’s best to stick with fragrances that are specifically formulated and recommended for use with our diffuser to ensure optimal performance and avoid any potential issues.

Our return policy includes a 30% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned within one week from the purchase date.

 

The warranty for this product is effective for a period of two years, commencing from either the date of purchase or the date of installation, provided that the installation is performed by a certified installer authorized by Elegance Aroma.

In the event that the product stops working after the warranty period, we are more than happy to assist with repairing the diffuser.

However, if a technician visit is necessary, there will be a fee added to the bill for their services.
