*Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for complete information. While we strive to respond promptly to all service calls, our response time is subject to natural limitations. We commit to making every effort to attend to your service request within 24 hours. Equipment replacement and guarantees are contingent upon enrolling in our leasing program. Service plan coverage will begin right away on existing new equipment and after 30 days for existing equipment on a new enrollment, with select programs offering one pre-coverage service call of up to one hour. Once your coverage is in effect, it will be governed by Ontario laws and the terms and conditions outlined on this website.
